Organizational Chart

There are nine levels in our organization. But this chart only highlights a few of the levels.

The Owner/Operator, Kurt Milne, heads the business.

Below the Operator is the Regional Director, Eric Hebert.

Below the Regional Director is the Executive Director, Jay Kalen.

Two Directors are below the Executive Director: Back of House Director, Malik Jackson and Front of House Director, PJ Faletoi.

Below the Back of House Director are Back of House Leads: Ray Emmanuel and Naia Lee.

Below the Front of House Director is the Front of House Lead: Francesca Rosal.

At the bottom of the page is the Growth chart in order of ascending levels: New Hire, Team Member, Certified Trainer, Advanced Trainer, Team Lead, Team Captain, Director, Operations Director, Executive Director.
