Meet Our Leaders

Eric Hebert, Executive Director

A native of Atlanta, Georgia. Attended Embry Riddle University in Daytona Beach, Florida. Moved to Honolulu in 2010. Eric has 20 years of experience as an Area/Regional Loss Prevention Manager with a demonstrated career in big box, department store, pharmacy, warehouse, food and beverage, and food safety. Eric is a natural leader and has a passion for developing team members. 

Ikaika Alama-Francis, Front of House Director

A native of Hawaii, Ikaika Alama-Francis, attended the University of Hawaii where he studied Sociology. He then joined the National Football League (NFL) as a defensive end for the Detroit Lions in 2007. He also played for the Miami Dolphins and the San Francisco 49ers before his retirement in 2012. Since his retirement, he has devoted his life to working for the community, especially with youth. Alama-Francis joined Drug-Free Collier in September 2016, where he was a Community Ambassador. In addition, he's been involved with many charitable events and organizations, including Able Academy Special Needs Sports Camp, Kapiolani Children’s Hospital; St. Francis Hospice; Shriners Hospital; Maddy’s Mission, Early Morral Charity; the YMCA, and more. Alama-Francis was also National Sales Director for Dreamware Incorporated, a company out of Naples, FL, for which he collected and analyzed data based on customer demographics to drive market sales. Alama-Francis was also the President of the NFL Alumni - SWFL Chapter. Ikaika has a passion for youth development and community initiatives.

Kurt Milne, Owner & Operator

A Native of Atlanta, Georgia. Kurt moved to Honolulu in 2002 to attend the University of Hawaii, where he was a four-year letterman in football and earned a degree in economics. After college, Kurt created and operated many local businesses such as Aloha 2 Go, one of Honolulu's first third-party delivery services, Restaurant Marketing Hawaii, Grindz to Go, and now Chick-fil-A Ala Moana. In 2006 Kurt and his former business partner received the SBA's Young Entrepreneurs of the Year award for the state of Hawaii. Kurt has a long history of entrepreneurship, leadership, and business development which he is excited to share with his team members and leaders.
