Pay Structure
New Hire: N/A
Team Member: Front of House - $16.50 / Back of House - $17.50
Certified Trainer: Front of House - $17.50 / Back of House - $18.50
Advanced Trainer: Front of House - $18.50 / Back of House - $19.50
Team Lead: Front of House - $19.50 / Back of House - $20.50
Team Captain: Front of House - Front of House - $20.50 / Back of House -$21.50
Director: Front of House - $21.50 / Back of House - $22.50
Operations Director (40 Hours): $23.00 and up
Executive Director (45 Hours): $25.00 and up
